Winter Shipping & Damage

The sad reality is that shipping non-alcoholic beers across our frozen lands is that they are more prone to freezing in transit. We do our best to ship packages quickly, but sometime orders can be stuck in the cold, or end up on a cold porch for a little to long. They can also be dropped or damaged in transit.

If your beer landed at your house in a total mess, we're sorry! Please reach out to us, with a photo of the damage, and we'll make things right. 


Merchandise Exchange

For any items that don't fit, or aren't up to snuff, please reach to us and we will do our best to exchange sizes or refund if damaged. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label to send us back any items that need to be returned. Feel free to follow up on you order confirmation email or email us at [email protected].

We get it, taste is subjective, and as much as we try to make a high quality non-alcoholic beers, our taste might not line up with yours. If you're not happy with your beers, just let us know, and we'll try our best to help you out!
